Professionals from different industries were invited to share their experiences and guide the youths in understanding the nature and development of various occupations.This session focused on Basic Electrical and Plumbing Training, where skilled instructors introduced fundamental circuit principles, safety concepts in construction, and practical maintenance techniques. Under expert supervision, the juveniles learned to perform simple wiring and pipe installation exercises, emphasizing safety, responsibility, and teamwork. Through hands-on practice and interactive learning, participants gained a sense of accomplishment, strengthened their confidence, and discovered potential interests in the technical trades.The program aims to help these young individuals understand the value of skilled labor, apply what they have learned after leaving the institution, and pursue stable employment and a hopeful, self-reliant future.
