The Drug Rehabilitation Place has been added in the Detention House according to the provisions of Article 27 of the Drug Prevention and Control Act to accommodate juvenile drug abusers of Class A and B Drugs. All the juveniles subject to observation and compulsory drug rehabilitation are required to attend class collectively. Life management and moral education are strengthened to enhance their confidence in kicking their drug dependence. Their daily behavior and conduct are closely observed and documented. In addition, psychiatrists are employed to make evaluations. A certification on drug-using tendency is made for submission to the Juvenile Court.
