For the juveniles to classified management, the trainers are asked to be kind, patient and careful in doing their job and to play a model role. To fulfill these requirements, the trainers educate through actions and examples, and focus on encouragement rather than criticism; and care rather than lecture. In daily life, the juveniles are given consideration with all one’s strength and strict but non-demanding requirements are set to an orderly routine, well-calibrated conduct, self-introspection, which are required for setting their behavior straight and making their way of life wholesome.
