The officers of Discipline Section need to classify the juveniles and be responsible for their life in the detention center. They are asked to be kind, patient and careful in their job in order to play a model role for the juveniles through actions, and devote to encouragement rather than scold, and care rather than lecture. In daily life, the juveniles are given strict but non-demanding instruction to adapt to a regular daily routine, well-calibrated conduct and self-introspection, in order to justify their behavior and making their way of life wholesome.
