Summary:
To assist female residents in exploring diverse professional landscapes and cultivating positive motivation for career development, the institution is conducting a series of "Career Exploration Courses." We have specially invited professionals from various fields to share their experiences, guiding the youth to gain a deep understanding of different job descriptions and career progression paths.
This session focuses on the "Basic Painting Class." Professional instructors with extensive practical experience will teach fundamental concepts—such as types of pigments, tool usage, construction workflows, and safety precautions—using a step-by-step and accessible approach. The course also features hands-on sessions, guiding the residents through basic wall treatment, base coating, and top-coat application. By gaining first-hand experience, the youth can master foundational painting skills while further enhancing their interest in and understanding of related vocational fields.
