All juveniles go through physical check-ups upon detainment into the Detention House and medical care will be provided on the same day in case of illness. For serious illnesses, the patient will be sent under escort to a contract hospital for treatment if it is deemed necessary by the doctor. The Detention House provides daily outpatient medical services, which include doctor services, and dental, family medical, dermatological, internal medicine, gynecological and psychological services. The medical services are provided by resident doctors for the teenagers’ convenience.
